The world’s worst banner ad

Vincent's comments: I probably don't have to tell you it's the anniversary of 9/11, which also was on a Tuesday back in 2001. Some time after the event, a company said "You know, I think we can use 9/11 to sell online wills." Here is a video of the world's worst banner ad and it still leaves me gasping for air.
